To book an appointment
Over 70% of our appointments are routine pre-bookable, these are all 10 minute slots.
You can book one of these appointments via our website, via the NHS app and MY GP app on your smart phone (Pre registration to use these services is required- contact reception for information) or by ringing the surgery (our phones are busy early morning so if your call is non urgent please ring after 10am) on
01277 227711 and press option 1
This number operates Mon - Fri between 8.00am - 6.30pm.
However, if you have a medical emergency which has occurred within the last 24 hours and you feel you need to be seen by a doctor on that day, you should ring the surgery from 8am on the day. You will either be allocated one of our morning emergency appointment slots or if they have all been filled your request will be passed onto our Duty Doctor who will ring you back to assess whether or not you need to be seen that day, if so you will be asked to attend surgery at a specific time.
We do have a limited number of afternoon emergency slots, to book these ring at 1.30pm.
