National Data opt-out form

SMS Messages - We have today (15/07/21) sent out SMS messages to all unvaccinated adults to book their 1st Covid vaccination by ringing 119 or by going to the National Booking Website at www.nhs.uk/covid-vaccination

Operational update as at 12th July 2021 - see below

Update - All GP consultations are conducted  initially via telephone, if you need to come to the surgery the GP will book you a face to face appointment, we are finding that a lot of problems do not need a face to face appointment and you can discuss this with your GP.

If you have symptoms associated with coronavirus, including a new continuous cough or a high temperature.and your symptoms are serious, or get worse, NHS 111 has an online coronavirus service that can tell you if you need further medical help and advise you what to do.

Only call NHS 111 direct if you cannot go online, or are advised to do so by the online service.

For the latest Covid-19 advice please visit www.nhs.uk/coronavirus.

If you have not nominated a pharmacy for your prescriptions contact the surgery to arrange.

Thank you for your cooperation. Tile House Surgery.
