It is your responsibility to contact the surgery to find out the results of any tests you may have had which were ordered by the Tile House Surgery.
Please telephone 01277 227711 and choose option 1 between 8am and 6.30pm Monday - Thursday or 8am and 5pm on Friday.
Please allow two weeks between your test and calling for the result as it can take up to 2 weeks for some results to come through.
On contacting the surgery you will be advised whether it is necessary for you to see or speak to your doctor.
X-ray results are currently taking up to 6 weeks to be sent to the surgery.
If you require a repeat test or some other non urgent contact your text message will say that we will contact you presently, this could be within the following 2 weeks and will not necessarily be the same day.
Text Messages
On reviewing your test results, if you have consented to SMS messages, your GP will send you a text message informing you of the result and any action you need to take.
Please note each test will have its own message and it is quite common for patients to have several different tests all from the same blood sample, which may be reviewed at different times as and when the results are received by the surgery.

Urgent appointments
For results requiring an urgent appointment, patients will be contacted and the appointment booked according to the doctor's instructions.
